Dehydrated chopped garlic is made from garlic flakes, before chop garlic, garlic flakes will go through magnet, color sorter, flow away garlic hull, and before packing chopped garlic, chopped garlic granules will go through color sorter again, magnet and heavy metal detector, the parameter for heavy metal detector is stainless steel 1.2mm, ferrous is 0.8mm, non-ferrous is 1.0mm.

For packing, the normal package is 12.5kgs/bag, 2bags/carton. We also can pack as your request, like 1kg, 2kg, 5lbs, 5kgs, 10kgs, 50lbs, or sack bags, or use pallet when shipped.

• Ingredients: Dehydrated garlic is 100 percent GARLIC, no any food additive.
• Shelf life: 24 months in normal temp, 36 months under 20C with bag sealed.
